When should you start?The best time to start is after the first trimester, when the greatest hormonal and physical changes have taken place and morning sickness is abating. The frequency is up to the individual – typically anywhere between once a week and once a month.
How often should I receive a prenatal massage?
Pregnancy allows for a time of self-nurturing and with just like any other therapeutic practice it is best if done on a regular basis. We suggest scheduling prenatal massages at least once a month throughout your second trimester and bi-weekly or weekly as you enter your third.
