What point in pregnancy is best for this class?

The ideal time for this class varies. Some prefer to take it closer to their due date for fresher recall, while others choose an earlier date to integrate the knowledge fully. Ellyn is available for follow-up questions at any point.

Do you offer any follow-up support or resources after the class?

Yes, participants will receive an individually curated packet with all the information covered in the class, along with a current list of evidence-based resources.

How is the intensive designed for each student? Is there an intake process?

Each participant signs up through our Acuity link and completes a simple online intake form. This helps us tailor the session to their specific needs. For any particular concerns, participants are encouraged to email us.
